The service

MentionedLocal provides AI teammates that act on your behalf, under your approval, for your business. You're responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you approve.

Billing

MentionedLocal is a managed service. Plans start at $2,500/month, all-in, billed by invoice per your service agreement. No per-seat fees and no long-term contract; cancel with notice as specified in your agreement.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or non-consented communications. You must maintain valid consent for calls and texts (see our AI & compliance page).

Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Final terms to be confirmed with counsel.
